The modern approach to learning spaces excels in considered lighting design. In the classrooms, the linear and XT LED panels deliver flat, even illumination. Evenly spaced fixtures ensure no hot or cold spots. Students can read, write and work on screens without adjusting where they sit. And this consistency means fewer interruptions and more focus. The auditorium on Level 3 called for a shift in approach. This is a formal, presentation- focused space, and the luminaires reflect that. The staggered lighting here uses surface- mounted linear for each level.
In utility areas, the VXS and VTN-D lighting handle dark rooms without a problem. Storage rooms, cleaners’ storage and bathrooms are well-lit and low-maintenance. Undercover and exterior walkways installed linear and spotlights to follow safety standards. And the exterior amphitheatre and adjoining stairs use floodlights to ensure this too. The overall lighting is consistent from one end of the building to the other.
