Once we knew the specifications, our team matched fixtures from our range. And we also supplied data sheets and engineering data for each. Our approach Delivering engineered LED lighting solutions on schedule
Finding the right apartment lighting for a major development
Additionally, we supplied IES files so the engineers could feel confident. The contractors needed this information to approve the luminaires before we manufactured them. Ultimately, the Superlight team picked luminaires that matched what the project needed. We looked at the required light levels. And we also looked at how the lights
would look with the building’s design. For products that required more specialised features, we developed custom luminaires. This ensured that every luminaire did its job and looked right. We made the whole order to exact specs. Then we arranged deliveries on different dates to match the building schedule. We specialise in modern apartment and hotel lighting. And this can be
Hill Street Apartments in Dulwich Hill is a standout project in Sydney’s inner west. This development features 71 apartments spread across eight floors. The project needed a complete solution with expert support from start to finish. The development showcases a unique curved design with greenery woven into the building. Natural light floods through large windows in every apartment. The lighting design had to match this contemporary style. It needed to highlight the building’s flowing lines and
garden features. Plus, it had to adhere to the sophisticated styling envisioned by the designers. Passageways between each apartment needed lighting to meet safety standards. And the interiors required fixtures from kitchens to bedrooms to balconies. Everything needed to adhere to specifications, meaning some standard luminaires needed custom manufacturing. And exterior lighting needed to be IP-rated for longevity.
