The finished lighting supports the resort- style feel M by Montefiore is known for. And it meets the demands of senior living where clarity, safety and comfort matter. The modern apartments include recessed downlights and striplighting. And these are also installed throughout communal areas and other amenities. The recessed downlights deliver energy-efficient performance. And with a slim and minimal trim, it disappears into the ceiling. Understated exterior wall fixtures don’t overwhelm the balcony spaces. And in the pool area, the Nexus lighting fit perfectly in the slatted ceiling. They give clear and even light without compromising the architectural detail.
Throughout the garden courtyards, black spike luminaires highlight plants, pathways and driveways. Overall, the lighting creates a consistent and high-end atmosphere throughout the building. The thriving community for seniors showcases the importance of lighting with purpose. The combination of our products and custom manufacturing proved successful in this project. The Superlight team brings experience, clear communication and support at every stage. And we work across multiple industries, where no project is too complex.
