Zambrero operates two locations across Victoria, including restaurants in Swan Hill and Epsom. The restaurants serve fresh Mexican food with a humanitarian mission. Their Plate 4 Plate initiative, every meal purchased donates one to someone in need. This positive impact extends beyond food to every element of their restaurant environment. The Swan Hill and Epsom locations installed new franchises requiring lighting. Each Zambrero looks similar, following brand guidelines.
Kitchens and dining areas do not change too much from other branches. Which means the brief was quick and easy to complete. Superlight was asked to supply a few different fixtures to follow these requirements. Working across multiple Zambrero locations meant the electrical contractor needed a reliable partner. The contractor needed downlights and track lighting to fit out the space. They would need to meet food preparation and dining standards. Additionally, the lighting had to support the customer experience from ordering to eating.
