Overall, the living and retail complex feels cohesive and inspired for living. Throughout the apartments, Superlight luminaires blend in with the design of the building. Residents move through an even spread of light across every room. Outside, the apartment lighting scheme transforms the shared spaces after dark. The pool glows clearly from below. The courtyard palms are lit from the ground up, giving the precinct the warmth of a resort. Residents benefit from a communal environment that genuinely invites them outdoors. That contributes directly to the sense of community that makes Casba feel
full of life. It is a strong example of what an experienced approach can deliver.
